Island food wasn’t good at all we ate out the whole time we were there and was disappointed at every place except for islanders that was delish and amazing service! "Three bedrooms was perfect for 2 adults, 3 kiddos, and a dog. Bay was always calm for swimming and never crowded. The gulf wasn't too far of a walk. Bring bug spray or pants and loose long sleeves for the walk out to the water due to mosquitoes, though the skeeters are worse some days over others. "The property is well equipped and maintained. I received my check in credentials prior to arrival and had no problems. There was a Gale force storm that lasted approximately 12 hours and did some minor damage to the house. It was extremely easy to contact the property manager to alert them to the damage."

"We had 9 people in our group, 6 adults and 3 teens. The house fit us all very comfortably. The beach was right out the back door! I found more shells and beach glass on our section of beach than I did anywhere else we looked. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The only issues we had were that there were no spices or anything for cooking, not even salt and pepper, but that's not a big deal, just something to be aware of. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I’ve reviewed this house the last two times we have stayed and it did not disappoint this stay either! The ages of our group was from 74 to 5 & the close proximity to the beach is one of the reasons we love this house. Everyone can easily walk to and from the beach. We got out a few of the bikes that are beneath the house and rode in the afternoon, which was so much fun! The house is well stocked with everything from blankets, to beach towels, sand toys and chairs (really nice ones). We used the grill, which was a nice Weber charcoal grill. If you’re looking for a fancy, all bright white, new house this may not be your house….but if your looking for practical, family friendly, well stocked house that you can be comfortable in for a week, then look no further. Oh…and it says it is a pet friendly house. We did not bring pets and our son has a dog allergy. We never smelled dog or saw any dog hair. His allergies never acted up, so I felt that spoke volumes to the cleanliness of the home."
