"Mirror in bathroom is not functional and lighting above mirror was flimsy and loose. Ceiling fan blades are in need of a serious cleaning. Shower faucet handles are loose which makes it difficult to turn water on/off. Lack of lighting at the house entrance door creates a hazard climbing the stairs and entering the home. "

The owners are super nice and I just love how she tells the story of the history of the home and surrounding town. The room was more than amazing with its own bathroom with a jet tub and balcony We didn’t get to experience any of the amenities such as their Tavern bar they promote nor were they serving breakfast due to electrical issues which is understandable....

"This guesthouse was really nice! I have never stayed at such a clean rental before. My dad and I came down to FL to visit my brother's family nearby. This place was central to all of the places we wanted to visit. We loved rolling up to the stop sign and seeing a beautiful black bear emerge from the woods. "Don and Colleen have a beautiful lake lot and we are lucky they share it! They allowed us to sip coffee, float, fish, kayak/row from their dock on beautiful Lake Saunders. Boat traffic was light and nights were quiet. Our trip reminded us of summer lake trips to Northern Wisconsin."

"This was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed for a quick trip. It was beautifully updated and had everything you needed. The property manager/owner was SO flexible and extremely responsive. The access to the beach was super close! I also walked to Flagler everyday. It was the perfect location. I will definitely come back and stay anytime I come into town for long weekends!
