There was no hot water , the fire alarm went off and also we had booked two nights and they accidentally checked us out a day before :(as an IHG member this has been by far the worst hotel we stayed at

While nice looking on the outside, I was disappointed with the room. Very outdated and not the cleanest. It was not that the room appeared it hadn’t been cleaned… it’s just that everything in the room was outdated and therefore appears dirty. Outdated furniture, appliances and bathroom. The smell in the room smelled like mold or old dirty carpet leading me to think that the carpets needs to be replaced. I have stayed at other holiday inn hotels that were NOT this outdated. This was not what I was expecting from a Holiday Inn hotel. I would rate this hotel a 1 but I am giving it a 2 simply because the customer service was PHENOMENAL. I believe the lady at the front desk was named Erika. She was there most of the time during my one night stay and she was just amazing. Friendly, kind, approachable, professional and very knowledgeable. She definitely deserves a raise!! The restaurant at the hotel was also great. Great customer services, great drinks and great food.

We had moths in our room and one lady at the desk said she could not do anything about it and basically implied she did not care about our inconvenience. We had to deal with the moths ourselves. After getting annoyed of them constantly coming into our room, we spoke to another person, a man, who was nicer and switched our room

Loved staying here. Awesome staff. The room was clean and comfortable. They also offer late check out. The shuttle service was easy to use however I recommend getting the drivers number because its hard to get someone on the phone to send shuttle back to get you-- we had to find a ride back from where we got dropped off. Will stay here again pretty easy drive from a lot of surrounding attractions.

I always stay at the holiday inn but this was by far the best visit I’ve had! So much cleaner and well organized. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check out were both quick and efficient…. I won’t stay at any other hotel in Denver! This is the one! 💜

The rooms were a bit run down, the door to the fridge and microwave was off track, so it made opening up a bit of a challenge first. The water temperature wasn't great, I had to change my room because there was no heat, the unit wasn't working, and the technician was gone for the evening. The balcony was difficult to open, and they were suppose to be finding me a room with a walk-in shower, that never happened.

The staff was rude. We were supposed to have and paid extra on joining rooms but were denied and blamed the reservation mistake on a new employee. Still paid full rate for 2 different rooms. Hotel had a bad smell throughout the whole place and had to pay to park your vehicle in the lot. Ridiculous!!
