"The resort is great. Perfect location, attentive staff. Probably some of the nicest staff I have ever encountered. They always remember your name, clean rooms on time, have turn down service, and extremely helpful. All amenities were fabulous. Only thing that I could see being improved upon is the food. It was a bit on the average side. With the level of the hotel and staff I would have expected more. "

"This property is amazing! Short walk to the beach! Easy to get transportation. The front desk staff is so nice, very helpful! Love the studio ocean view room...everything you need is in the room!! Even a washer & dryer!! There are a lot of stairs to get to the room but I got use to it lol...I didn't want to leave! Beautiful property & grounds well kept! I can't wait to return! Close to airport as well! Awesome place!"

"First, TCI is beautiful. Our choice of Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas proved to be fantastic! The ocean is just steps away down a private lighted path. Fantastic snorkeling at Smith Reef from shore. The villa was great, clean and had everything we needed. The use of the grills at the pool was great for us when we didn't want to eat out. Great coffee shop and restaurants near by. "The reason we took off a star is because at night there is a loud noise from a nearby club that could last to 3am. But other than being pricey the place is incredible. The beach has enough seats for everyone. The water is perfect. There is fish in the water in the evening if there aren't many ppl in the water. I suggest you ask the front desk for booking extensions on ur first day as activities get booked up quick. Lovely place I recommend "

"Windsong on the Reef was terrific. Not a huge property so it was nice to not feel crowded like some of the other resorts. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Water Boys were also nice and fun to talk to. Our oceanfront suite was very large and open and was updated. I would definitely return to this property. "
