"We were very delighted to stay at Tamarac Resort. Sheila is a sweet, kind, no nonsense host. We arrived on a Friday and by Saturday the stress of city life had melted away. Our kids spent almost every day in the water and our oldest daughter learned how to paddle board and kayak. We spent a lot of time watching the bald eagle that frequents the trees above the cabin. "We stayed 2 nights off-season so didn't really use the beach area - it looked nice. It was pleasant sitting by the lake - no bugs. The kitchen was adequately supplied and the table and chairs were perfect for the 4 of us. The beds were OK."
