"We liked having a suite for our family. The parking over the weekend was handled very well by the parking officer and we appreciated that. Overall happy but here are a few of the issues we had. 1. Doorpad key reader did not work upon check in, had to go to desk 3 times to get issue resolved (once maintenance came it was resolved) Sam came to fix it and was AMAZING! "We went for a wedding and decided to book on brookside. It was an absolute pleasure staying here. Very nice rooms and plenty of food nearby. I would say the outside windows were very dirty but that was not a big deal. "

The pool was very cold, would have been great if it was heated, but it was a great pool. There is no hot tub, so that was a slight bummer. The gym was really nice too! My only disappointments were that there is no microwave in the room or dining area, and the cleaning staff didn’t stop by. We were there for 2 nights and never received fresh towels or got our trash emptied....
