Excellent property. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and to provide wonderful service. If we return to Dubai, we’d stay at this property again. Only downside is the construction at the next door property.

Staff and service was extremely slow. Took 4 hours to get extra towels to my room. I ordered room service which took almost two hours just for my smoothie to be warm and pizza was not fresh. Additionally, I requested new towels and sheets and the staff did not change them but simply folded the towels which I left on the bathroom ground and put them back on the shelf. Water and tea packets as well as bathroom kits were never provided.

Great property and very clean. The staff were amazing and very friendly. The hotel is close to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. It also provides free shuttle to and from both Dubai mall and Emirates mall. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Generally it’s very good, however I was not happy at all when I had to pay extra fees because I checked in earlier and the room was ready! I never had to pay any fees for early check in at any hotel before. Their excuse was that “it’s busy time!” What does this have to do with paying additional fees when the room is ready for check in???!!!
