"I travelled with my mother to hike the Falls Trail at Rickett’s Glen, and we wanted to be comfortable in our downtime. This place was perfect. It’s just a few minutes to the park itself, and the parking lot at the bottom of the trail is right down the road. There is a 90% chance you’ll miss the driveway the first time, even if you read a review warning you the driveway is easy to miss, lol. This is not a complaint! "The property is exactly like listed. The house has all amenities and the deck is a view of Beaver Lake. A turntable with vinyl album collection was quite a nice surprise and provided hours of entertainment. Spacious for an extended family. Clean and all kitchen needs suppled:) Located approximately 30 mins from many hiking trails and Worlds End park. A great find:)"

"My friends and I stayed at Ivans house and it was exactly as described in the listing. Each room had a full pull out bed and sheets for each. The pool, hot tub and sauna were great features. The house is right on a highway but we hardly noticed and this didnt effect our experience. Id recommend this house for anyone who just wants a great property to relax at and not need to leave for a long weekend."
