"My overall experience was good. The property is beautiful but the rooms are dated. We had issue with the main lighting going out on our final night in our room. Also had an issue with the elevators going down on our second day. We were on the fourth floor and had to climb four flights of stairs for two days. We were exhausted at the end of the day. When we informed the front desk of these inconveniences when we checked out, all they had to say was “thanks for letting us know”……no apology or...
