Bed was clean, room was decently clean but dated. Bathroom had what looked like mold in a corner of the tub surround. Carpets in the hallway outside is dirty and dated, there was also broken glass. Bed was pretty comfy. Surprisingly quiet for being right in front of train tracks, either the train never passed by or never heard it.

My room was dirty and the furniture was filthy. The curtains were stained, my shower curtain ripped. I can always expect to have a lower calibre room since I’m bringing my pets with me but this was so much worse than I could have imagined. The staff were nice though.

This was my first time in this hotel and I found it one of the best I've stayed in. The food was great in the Creations Lounge. The room was large and very clean. There are small balconies even on inside rooms. Great place to stay. I will be back.

Older hotel, very loud train directly behind the property, broken fixtures in the bathroom and smells like smoke/weed in the hallways. Restaurant was good, but we would not stay there again.

Upon our arrival, we waited in line to check in for about 30 minutes as they only had one person to help all of the people there. When we got to our room, the beds didn’t have any bedding on them and we had no towel. I went to the front desk to ask if they could finish cleaning the room and waited for another 20 minutes before I could t wait any longer as I had to get ready for a wedding that we were in town for. When I got back to the room, someone knocked on the door and asked why we were in there. After I explained that this is our room for the night, he proceeded to come in the room while we were in there to finish cleaning it. Upon check out, I complained about this entire situation and the person at the front desk told me that there was nothing she could do because my room was prepaid. She told me she would get her manger to call me. That was on Sunday, it is now Friday and I haven’t heard anything.

Won’t stay there again. Room was not clean, stain on carpets, bathroom dirty still had the old soap from last stay. Gym was dirty and not mats, towels or cleaning supplies accept paper towel. Bit disappointing for $150 per night. Also right on the railroad tracks with constant train activity
