"I was there for 3 nights and didn’t receive any room service. The cost per night was very high. I need to book a 4th night and chose a hotel next door for a lot less money and it was a nice place."

"I was very happy with the room. Good start at checkin- Clerk Justice was very helpful and friendly. Accessible room was nice size, and bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was very good, lemon waffle was quite fun. Not to far from Napa, more economical than trying to stay in Napa. Coffee and tea was available at 9pm checkin. This property seems to be run very well. I will stay here again."

When checking out, I informed the desk person that I burned myself badly on the coffee I poured from their breakfast area. I did this mainly to let them know they might want to adjust the temperature. The person at the desk apologized and promised me points and a credit. She said since I paid through Expedia she would initiate the credit with Expedia and I would get a call from Expedia. I did not...
