"We really enjoyed our stay at the Kimpton Alton. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, great beds and pillows and a wonderful shower. If we return to San Francisco we will definitely stay there again. "
"Hotel and staff were great. Very friendly and attentive to your needs. Short distance to Pier 39. Only comaint for me was the shower tub did not drain properly. Room was nice and clean, it was a short stay for us so did not get to check out the property throughly."

"Great location within walking distance of things to do / near bus stop to get around the city without needing a car. Friendly staff & clean facilities. Would be nice if there was breakfast since the ihop around the corner was always packed with lines out the door. "
