Cleaning person was nice, views great communication nonexistent people that clean the place had to open the place. touch pad was not working moved our room to let us know last minute waited an hour get inside. Entry floor is dangerous slippery by the rain.

Great location, communication and ease of use. We stayed for a night before a cruise the next day. However, the house was very disappointing in cleanliness and upkeep of the property. There was a very strong smell which seemed like a combination of cigarette smoking and mold. Mold and mildew was visible along some floors and paneling. Obvious water damage, possibly from being so close to the waterway in back? A potentially beautiful patio in back but lack of upkeep left it with undesirable furniture to sit in. Doors, electric outlets and window shades were damaged. Basic but usable kitchenware. Would not stay return.

No blankets on one of the beds. Not enough towels. Had to continually ask for items such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, towels, blanket. Definitely needed a good cleaning was dirty. House states it can sleep 7 but had the items and accommodations for about 2.

6 of my friends and I stayed here for one night before a cruise. The unit was not clean or prepared upon arrival (missing pillowcases/sheets, no towels, main tv not working, used towels, no hand soap). We communicated this with the owner who was extremely helpful and responsive. It's unfortunate that his cleaning crew did not fulfill their duties. If they did, this is a great place to stay. The view of the canal was wonderful and fun to watch the boats go by. We walked to a nearby pizza place for dinner. There is only one free parking spot and it's around $50 per day at nearby parking garages so keep that in mind. It sleeps 7 but would be more comfortable with less people as it's on the smaller side. It would have been nice to know these things prior to our arrival, but I'm hopeful a new cleaning crew has since been hired.

Great Place for the Beach
This little condo had a lot to offer and was very fun to stay in! The rooms were nice, bathroom was pretty, and the outside deck on the water was really fun to sit at. Best part is how many it sleeps considering its size. My friends and I are highly considering staying here again next time we need a trip. Highly recommended!

Great location, but filthy.
Property is located one block away for boardwalk which is great. The profile pics are misleading because the property has 4 units. Pics must be from one of the better units. Unit 3 was very dirty. Cleaning person needs to do a better and thorough job plus the place can use some TLC. Rust in bathroom. Broken sink drain in bathroom. Stained tub. An inch of dust on ac vent. Baseboards and blinds need replacing. The list can go on. Unfortunately, outside of location, i would not go back.

Disappointing
The unit itself was ok but very deceptive from the pictures. There was four of us booked for the two bedroom unit. We were given two towels and one facecloth. There was no hand soap or bath soap in the unit. There were no pillowcases over the pillows. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and we discovered later that night that there was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper left. We contacted the owner regarding the towels, facecloths and soap twice. He left two more towels on our doorstep and one hand towel and some hand soap. We never received bath soap or facecloths. Also because of the lateness of the toilet paper discovery we had no toilet paper. I was very uneasy about sleeping on pillows without any pillowcases and there was paper left under one of the beds which also goes to show how the place was cleaned. When you rent a unit you expect to have at least the basic essentials provided. The unit overall was a huge disappointment which definitely put a damper on our stay. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone

It’s like a gem to paddle, boat or swim right at the bay.
Beautiful and convenient location to walk to the beach, Margaritaville and restaurants. The bay in the back was the highlight, just to sit there and watch the beautiful sunset. Thanks to Kaleb, the property manager for outstanding service and communication.
