The townhouse/beach house has the "blast" package that has a high-speed internet speed of 300 Mbps, Wifi and HDTV. It has Showtime and Turner Classics movie channel. and additional sports channels. There are plenty of Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, a cooler and a cart to bring everything to the beach, plus .8 adult bikes with helmets, boogies boards, sand toys, and fishing poles all in the two car garage.. It has good fishing, boating and many delicious restaurants on the Island. Great relaxing destination from the big city life.
Golden Beach is a great secluded Gulf front townhome (beach house). Located at the end of Southwinds Drive, this 4-unit complex is a getaway from the hustle and bustle, but still within driving distance to excellent restaurants, recreational activities and shopping.

As you enter the townhome, you experience the spacious open kitchen, living and dining room area is furnished with island appeal. In this three story townhome, guests enjoy a magnificent, panoramic, unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. This townhouse has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the third floor. The bathrooms were recently remodeled with granite countertops and twin sinks. Two of the bedrooms on the third floor face the Gulf of Mexico, so you can enjoy watching the sun rise and set and listen to the surf.. All of the furniture in the lanai, living room, dining room and bar stools are brand new. New master king size bed mattress/box springs with "Elite mattress (April. 2023), brand new second bedroom king size mattress/box springs and two new twin beds with "Elite" mattresses/box springs (April, 2023). There is a brand new sleeper sofa/hide-a-bed with extra thick 8" mattress, love seat (April, 2023) in the living room. Also a new heating/AC system, 65 inch flat screen TV in the living room and 45 inch flat screen TVs in the bedrooms that face the Gulf of Mexico. New washer/dryer, hot water heater .and refrigerator in the cabana. The entire townhome was painted inside and outside and deep cleaned (April, 2023). The windows/sliding doors were replaced with high impact hurricane glass also in April, 2023. All of the appliances in the kitchen and Kuerig and regular coffee makers are in the completely furnished kitchen..
The pool faces the Gulf of Mexico and there is the pool patio, plus an additional patio between the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The down stairs cabana is furnished and includes a refrigerator. A full two car garage is a nice added feature.
We welcome your pet with a non-refundable pet fee of $300. There are no restrictions on weight or number of dogs. There is a fee for more than one dog.
