"First of all the room had a nice layout. We had a tower room. It was round and had two comfy queen beds. It was adjacent to a smaller living room with a fold out bed. The fold out bed was the a problem. Although I've never expected fold out beds to be comfortable, this one had a pretty deep dip and was pretty noisy. The bathroom had a little bit of water damage in the ceiling. The staff was overall helpful and accommodating but not very friendly. Kind of jarring when compared to the extra...

"This was a great stay! We had valet parking, which valet and self parking is the same rate here, and it was wonderful. The staff was very nice and the location was absolutely perfect as it was across the street from the entrance gate to Disneyland. Our only complaint was that in our room we could hear a banging/thudding all night and day long. Otherwise we had a blast!"

"Bed comforters needed to be washed. They were very dirty on the top you could tell. When we first arrived to check in, I was needing to find a parking spot. I was stopped by a man in a golf cart, questioning in a rude way what I was doing there. I replied to check in. Seem like he was always watching us on the two days you were there.
