Comfy Cabin
Overall, the property was good for what we needed. The backyard was very large and had a nice fire pit. Bring your own wood because it’s not provided. The bonus is the yard is fenced in so that our dogs could run free. There are a few issues with the inside of the property such as there were no hangers, beach towels, or extra blankets for the pullout couch. It’s a dog friendly property which was nice but it didn’t seem like they washed the top comforters because there was quite a bit of dog hair on them from the previous renter’s pet(s). Also, there no screens on any of the windows, so you can’t open them for some fresh air. We enjoyed the hot tub even though it took a while to heat up and not all the jets worked. Having a washer and a dryer in the cabin was very convenient. Probably the best feature is the location. You had a great view of the mountains, but you were still close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Not impressed
Once we got to the cabin, it looked nice and clean but when I unpacked my bags and got settled in I realized that the floor had not been swept good. There was short black dog hair everywhere. Then we realized we didn’t have any blankets for 2 of our beds. I reached out to the host via VRBO with no response. I reached out to the 800# provided. The man I spoke to said he would create me a ticket and someone would contact me that night. No one contacted me so my family and friends had to go to sleep with no blanket the first night. Still no contact on the second day so I sent a very ugly text to a 800# I found. They apologized and said they would send my message to the team. When I got to my cabin the second night, we had blankets inside the door. We just made the best of it the rest of the week.

Lovely cabin with an excellent location. So close to downtown, Just a quick drive. Loved how quiet, loved the deck, loved the backyard. Couch was comfy, kitchen was well stocked and the table nook was great for our family of five. A few things I’d update are new queen mattresses, new comforters or quilts on the queen beds, one bunk was missing a blanket, only had a sheet. No big deal for us as my kids bring blankets everywhere. The headboard in the downstairs bedroom does not lend itself to laying against and watching tv. If you bring kids, one thing to note is the loft is completely open to the downstairs and the upstairs bedroom is not private either. It has wooden shutters that open to the downstairs and you can hear everything below and see light. It would make sense to put kids in the downstairs room as it’s the only bedroom that’s truly private/blocked to the rest of the house. My husband and I couldn’t sit and watch tv in the living room once kids went to bed as they could hear everything. Regardless, we loved our stay and the location and quiet space with very few if any neighbors in view was perfect. Still 5 stars for us. Communication with Vacasa was seamless and they helped with all our needs very quickly. Kids loved hot tub. Stove was great and worked well. All appliances new and clean. Cabin was very clean.

Loved the yard for the dog
Yard, layout of the house, and proximity to Gatlinburg was great. Hot tub cover doesn’t secure, so it had blown open and hot tub was full of leaves and dirt when we got there. Was cleaned the next day, but we lost using it for 2 of our 3 nights there. Upstairs mattress really needs replaced - it sags in the middle and is not comfortable. There weren’t any sheets on the upstairs bed, the dishwasher was full of dishes, and the house could have been a bit cleaner. Overall a great stay and a nice place. Would stay again.

Great location and awesome yard
My family and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. Very clean home! Pet friendly but you would never have know, no hair, no accident smell, etc. and they also had left a little doggy bone container with treats in it. My dogs loved hanging in the yard and lying on the porch. We would definitely stay there again

Moonshine is great in the moonlight
This was our first time in Tennessee. We even got to see a bear or two! Loved all the attractions, especially Margaritaville and the moonshine place on the island. Our dog loved the fenced in yard and we all loved our relaxful stay, especially the hot tub and firepit. Host was great! Would definitely stay here again. Home was clean and accommodating and peaceful. Have to go to Chocolate Monkey, they have everything you could ever dream of. They are dog friendly and even have ice cream! Try the Tennessee Whisky one, so delicious!

Wonderful stay with family & dogs
This cabin is located so close to everything in Gatlinburg but is also hidden up the mountain-side so you get the best of both worlds. The drive up and finding it was easy. We loved all the charming decor. The cabin was perfect for our family & dogs. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, utensils and a coffee maker, the bedrooms had extra blankets and there was even a hair dryer & travel soaps & shampoos. Fenced-in backyard is perfect for dogs. Check-in & check-out was super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Got the Job Done
The first impression was that it was very cute. We loved that we were able to bring our dogs and have a fenced yard for them to run in. The home could have been cleaner. There were a few cobwebs and the carpet on the stairs had stains. We also would have liked more than one small bar of soap for each bathroom and we were running low on toilet paper. The yard was great, plenty of room. We enjoyed our stay.

Pittsburgh get together
We had a great stay at Aria. Every thing about the house was perfect. Very spacious and was awesome for our pooch with the fenced back yard. The location was great only 1.2 miles from downtown Gaitlinburg. The fire pit was a hit every night. The only downside side was the tv and getting live tv. Overall we would definitely stay there again

Hot tub did not work and phone number provided for troubleshooting was not in service. When we did get in touch with someone from the company, they said they would send someone out the next day, but didn’t. The downstairs tub was grimy. When the upstairs shower/tub was used, water dripped into the bedroom downstairs. The fenced in back yard was really good for the dogs. It was very close to the main Gatlinburg area.

Awesome week!
What a great week! We were in town for my husband to go to a CME conference and the rest of the family had a vacation! The property is really neat. Several updates have occurred and the online pictures are a little behind. This is not a new cabin and isn’t like the new fancy ones but it is a good solid place to stay with many advantages! The back yard and fire pit (spilt firewood included) was incredible, it is all fenced so our forever stick or ball chasing doodle had plenty of room to run and play. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a weeks stay (minus coat hangers in the closets of all things). The really great thing about this house was with the location you could be on either end of town within minutes, but when sitting on the back porch or around the fire pit it seemed as though you were a million miles from nowhere. We hope to stay there again next year!

Air conditioning repair crew
We were surprised on Friday to an air conditioning crew that showed up at 9:30am! We had no prior notice that anyone would need access to our cabin. We stayed at the cabin as long as we could then talk to the main guy to ensure he locked up. I would not have been happy with 4-5 people doing work there if I had been away that morning. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our time other than that. That afternoon we left a note on keypad for someone to call us before entry.

Great long weekend stay
My husband, 2 boys (9 and 11), my 2 dogs, and I had a great time over the President's Day Weekend. The house was in a great location with easy access to Gatlinburg, and was very clean and well maintained. The yard was perfect for our 2 dogs with a secure fence and plenty to explore. The hot tub and fire pit were the biggest reasons for choosing this place, and they worked out great. The management said there was no firewood provided, but there was a giant stack of firewood available. We had no problems with the TV like others commented, but there were no instructions. All in all a great getaway!

nothing in the house
when we got to the house late first day we had brought some food from home but after looking through the kitchen cabinets all they had for cook wear was 1 little sauce pan. totally inappropriate for this type of home. couldn't even make an egg. wound up using a paper towel to make a pot of coffee because i was thirsty. there was not a broom to be found to sweep up floor while we were there. no garbage bags to empty when we filled one(had to buy some). and it would just have been nice to have a phone number to a pizza joint that delivered that first night. we ordered from the gatlinburg pizzeria on the final night after see them while waiting for the parade. We loved the place/location and fenced yard was heavenly. will definitely be coming back, but these issues should be looked at.
