Top notch service with upbeat attitudes made the stay fantastic. Expedia’s VIP got me an upgrade to a suite on the 4th floor with a beautiful view of the lake. Amazing hotel in every sense! Old world gem with attentive and friendly staff. Special thanks to the whole staff! Absolutely loved this beautiful high-end boutique hotel. Customer service could not have been better. Booked junior suite is extremely luxurious with all the amenities one with expect high end hotel. View over the lake. Very centrally located in a safe area.

This property is very quaint. The hotel staff is some of the best I have come in contact with. The room is a bit antiquated but the service more then makes up for it breakfast was delicious, however the service at breakfast was not up to the rest of the staff.
