"This is our second visit to this property, and we absolutely loved it. Right in the heart of Helen, we parked our car and only needed to move it when we went hiking. We walked literally everywhere...to restaurants, biergartens, stores, gem mining, grocery store, etc. The unit itself was immaculate and very spacious for our family of 4. We enjoyed turning on the gas fireplace and sitting in the hot tub during the chilly spring evenings. It is also great being next to Betty's General Store. It is...

"The reservation process didn't work well. I had to make two phone calls to get "verified". Nice get-away place. Clean. Parking is a dollar an hour, you have to feed a meter, this isn't mentioned in the Orbitz listing. Bathroom is down stairs, bedrooms are upstairs. Alittle noisy at night. 12 to15 minute walk to get into the husstle -and -bustle of the historic district. "

"We had a wonderful stay for Mother's Day weekend. we loved the location and the condo had everything we needed. We loved that there were Menu's to the local restaurants. This helped make our decisions for dinner much easier, especially since this was our first time to SSI. We enjoyed this condo so much and plan on coming back next year."

It gets pretty small when the tide is up especially, but if you don’t mind that like we didn’t then it really is great."

Exactly as pictured, and the layout is ideal with the master bedroom bath separated on opposite ends of the unit from the guest quarters. Beautifully furnished with comfy beds. "We had a wonderful stay at the apartment near Monterey Square and Forsyth Park in Savannah. We were there for a wedding near the park, and the unit was a five minute walk from there. It was very convenient. Check in was a breeze, the place was spotless, the beds were comfortable and it was great to have two full baths. The neighborhood was wonderful and the place had old world Savannah charm. We would definitely stay there again. Walter and Peggy"
