"This cabin was amazing! From the location to the decor. We chose it because of how close it is to Alyeska. It did not disappoint. It was the perfect rustic mountain log cabin feel with more than enough amenities. From the 2 soaking jet tubs to the game meat store next door. Theres peacocks that roam the property, even in winter were a pleasant surprise. It's secluded with a view. The host was very responsive and able to help us with a couple special requests. 11/10, would recommend! "

"We chose Moonshine as our "hang out point" because it has a great living and dining area that easily accommodated our group of 9. (Most wanted their own rooms, so we rented a nearby spot for extra bedrooms.) Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare full meals. Easy walk or drive into the heart of Hope. "Really cute Inn. Never saw staff but really no need to...easy check-in on line and door codes provided via email. 1st night there stayed in the only room available and it was definitely small (just as presented in the booking) but it was clean and enough room for hubby and me. Next 2 nights we stayed in larger room with our own bathroom... perfect. Walking distance to great restaurants in Girdwood (right across the street and behind). Well stocked common area with snacks and light breakfast options and coffee! Will definitely stay here again if in the area."
