"This has been my go to hotel for the last 3 years every time I have been in Toronto!! The location is perfect, but what makes it so great is the staff! Everyone from the front desk, concierge desk, restaurant , pool and fitness areas, and cleaning staff are all so friendly and helpful! I always have a pleasant experience! "

"Very upscale, but maintained property. It was clean, and the room was very comfortable with a nice view. I wouldn’t recommend for smaller kids as it has more of an adult only vibe but they were still really accommodating and friendly to me and my daughter. The bistro they have on the first level has really good food and an awesome Happy Hour. It was in a convenient location to both the subway and bus stops. I would stay here again! "

"Very comfortable, clean, and convenient. Stayed 5 nights with my family while participating in the Old Town Art Fair. Full breakfast each day was good. Red line metro access is within a half block. Direct bus to Old Town (15 min ride) is around the block.Jewel Osco grocery store is across the street on Ohio & State. Lots of restaurants within a block. Area was safe for city. Have to have a room key to access the elevators to access room levels. Parking is valet only and is $79. Suggest booking parking at the 33 Ontario Garage that is right next to the hotel- $14 day parking, $33 overnight. The garage uses Park Chirp app. "
