"Staff was excellent and very welcoming. Security was great in assisting us at night with transportation. Our family has stayed here before and will continue to stay here again. "
"The staff if super friendly. Amazing place but the only issues are the bed is a little on the firm side for my back and slow drain issues in the shower but that’s a common issue in the area. I would recommend this hotel"
"We decided to come back a second time to this hotel. Location is wonderful and the grounds are absolutely beyond our expectations. They greeted us warmly with a cool glass of the best jamaica (hibiscus) drink I have ever tasted. The whole staff was very helpful and friendly."
"It’s a historic hotel. The lobby is nice and the rooftop deck is fantastic. The rooms, however, are so drab and unadorned that they feel depressing, all brown and beige. The bed was comfortable. Several lightbulbs didn’t work, ditto for the hair dryer. It feels like it would take very little money and imagination to make the rooms warmer and more inviting. All in all, I think it’s worth it for the location."
