Waterfront Bay property with private beach and pier!

Home away from Home! Not just another rental! This wonderful family friendly property is perfect for larger groups. The bay is sandy bottomed, fairly shallow, and perfect for swimming, fishing, crabbing and kayaking. 3 kayaks plus life vests are included in rental. Just bring your fishing pole! Sleeps 14 with 4 bedrooms plus a loft. Large back deck plus 250 foot pier and huge 16x 30 covered dock. Lots of sand toys and games included. If you want to enjoy the beach without the crowds, this is the place for you. We’ve provided most things you’ll need for a wonderful vacation, just pack your clothes and food! Upon arrival you’ll notice the coffee station with keurig and regular coffee pot plus coffee, and sweetners provided. The kitchen is equipped with almost anything you need including spices, garbage bags, paper products and dish washing soap. There is a crockpot and large boiling pots, plus a blender. The laundry room is supplied with laundry detergent. The bathrooms have toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The gulf beach is just 1.5 miles away, so you have that option too. There are 2 king sized beds, 2 queen beds, 2 full beds and 4 twin beds. There are 2 charcoal grills on the property, plus a fire pit for roasting hot dogs, or marshmallows or just sitting around the fire on a cool evening. We want you to enjoy your stay, but please treat our home with respect. Do not throw trash in our yard or beach, and certainly don’t leave trash in the house. We know you are on vacation, but don’t leave dirty dishes in the sink or dishwasher and leave the house tidy. It is a large home so the cleaning fee is reasonable and the cleaning service expects it to be tidy when they arrive😎. Most of our guests have done a beautiful job, but we recently had one that was a disaster, so please don’t book if you can’t abide by the rules.

They have a well stocked kitchen. We were able to prepare meals with ease. We did some baking as well. There were tables for playing games, cards and doing puzzles. They have yard games and the dock was a great hangout spot. This is a great property year round. It is close to shopping and other activities. There was also fresh fruit on the tree. Will have to go back in the summer.

Fantastic week. Plenty of room for our 3 familys (6 adults and 6 kids). Loved being on the bay where it was about 3-4’ deep. Perfect for the kids. Had fun with the paddle board, kayak, and beach toys. Had to drive to the ocean side for the beach, but not a problem- took 10-20 minutes depending on which beach you went to. Area is more secluded and a lot less busy than in the town of Gulf Shores or Orange Beach. Wish we could go every year.

Best VRBO vacation yet!!
I can't say enough great things about this rental!!! Besides the gorgeous views from the back deck, there was a gorgeous dock to watch dolphins -- and even an alligator, in the evenings!! The house was stocked with everything you could think of -- and a bunch of things you didnt even know you needed :) We traveled with a 2 year old, and the amount of toddler things in the house was awesome!! Communication was super easy! She was very quick to respond! The house was super clean, and all the beds were very comfortable! If our travels ever take us back to Gulf Shores--and we hope it does -- we will stay here again for sure!!!

Beautiful place for our family vacation
Our family vacation was perfect at this rental. While we experienced bad weather and rip tides that prevented a lot of beach time, we were able to enjoy the dock for fishing, the sand for the kids when it wasn’t raining, and the arcade games indoors. The house was well stocked. The owner was attentive to any issues we experienced.

The house and property were excellent and more than what we expected from the online listing! There were lots of extras and amenities...The arcade-like video games were a big hit with everyone, the decks and docks and little private beach were excellent. The 4 kayaks and canoe were used by everyone often. The cornhole game was a big hit. The house was huge and everyone in our party of seven had plenty of private bedroom and bathroom access whenever they needed. There were also plenty of tables and chairs for whatever activity we needed. The front yard fire pit and pond were very nice. The back deck was in constant use and very enjoyable. The kitchen appliances were very nice. We had everything we needed. The house was very nicely decorated and in good repair. The location was great. Barely saw any neighbors all week. The property was huge and peaceful. Anyone could get privacy whenever they wanted. The living room and kitchen areas were huge and we had lots of family gatherings there with no crowding.

This is the 2nd time we stayed as a family at this house. We enjoyed being able to relax at the fire pit, back porch, and pier while still being close to all the attractions of the surrounding areas. What An Amazing Property!!
By far, this was one of my favorite places we've stayed! It has so much room and spectacular views! We had a large group and never felt cramped or on top of each other. Our oldest was 62 and our youngest was 2....our kids enjoyed swimming and fishing off the dock and out of the kayaks. We were close enough to town that we didn't bring much with us, but after getting there and seeing how much was actually stocked from the owners, we didn't need much! We will definitely be back soon!

Our week at Neptunes Nest was fabulous! Amenities were just as described - we all enjoyed the house, the indoor games ( it did rain for few hours everyday), the kayaks, fishing, relaxing on porch and watching the water from the dock. The scenery was incredible and the dolphins did pay us several visits! We did go see some attractions in the area, but we could easily have just stayed on the property and been happy. We had a family vacation that created memories for the youngest to the oldest.

A fantastic home with room for the whole group!
This was one of the best properties we have stayed in around the country!! The layout and amenities were above and beyond what anyone would expect. As a chef, I rarely find a property equipped with decent knives and the equipment and tools I need, but Neptune's Nest had everything! The kids absolutely loved the kayaks and fishing pier and spent almost all their time outside instead of on devices, which is nearly impossible with 5 kids aged 9-11! When they were inside, they were playing on the Arcade game that had a multitude of options! My mom even said we may look to stay here again next year for her 75th birthday because it is such a wonderful home! The location is pretty great for accessing a pretty deserted stretch of beach right on the gulf (only about a 5 minute drive), but the only negative is the distance to any decent restaurants. Thank you so much for thinking of every possible thing a family would need for an exceptional vacation!

Neptune Nest resort!
Our family couldn't have stayed in a more perfect place while visiting Gulf Shores. Everyone had their own space and more. We loved all the extra activities set up inside and out...from fishing off the pier, relaxing by the lily pond, video games in loft etc. The house had everything we needed and more. Linda was exceptional in meeting our needs and provided quick responses to any of our questions or concerns. We've stayed in condos along the beach, but this place was much more intimate, relaxing and had so much more to offer. We found a hidden gem! Thank you, Linda, for everything you did to make this place so special.
