"Cloy's spot is perfectly situated at the center of Kihei, well within walking distance to restaurants, bars, beaches, and more. The room is minimal but perfect for a couple who is going to spend most of their time enjoying the island (as you should!). The AC was a huge bonus that helped us sleep comfortably in the evenings. Parking was plentiful and secure at night. Overall, we would love to stay at Cloy's place every time we come to Maui!"

"Great location. Great view. Nice condo. The only complaint was the pull out sofa. It kept sinking in the middle. It was not comfortable at all. We even brought a camping mattress, but had to put towels and blankets under it to make it flat. Otherwise great stay. The king size bed in the room was very comfortable."

"As described and as shown in the pictures. Location and amenities made it a good value for us. The place is a nice size and well outfitted. It was very clean. You're right by the lower pool and the beach is a short walk across the street. You are also just far enough east that you avoid the pedestrian traffic in the main part of Kihei. "The unit is as advertised, with no exceptions, so no need to repeat that. Very nice. No problems. Host Joanne was great. This might be the nicest unit in the complex, being corner and ground floor, and the complex is also really nice. Great views, with one small caveat: there’s a hedge on the right side of the property that obstructs some of the view to the west. The sun rises directly over Haleakala crater in the morning, as viewed from the condo patio. Saw hundreds, maybe thousands of whales...

"We just had our first ever Hawaiian vacation at this resort. The resort was clean and the grounds were nice. The only con was no a/c but a great breeze blows through pretty frequently. A note to mention: a longer term tenant in building C third story has a real problem with kids swimming and being in the common area . Two different days the lady came out and and yelled at the kids for being in the common area before 8 and then again the next morning for an adult not being in the pool with them....
