Let me start by saying this property will be amazing and has so much potential. It is massive and absolutely gorgeous in the rooms, minis the weird stench in the hallways, usually in the morning However, with it being brand new, there is still a lot of work that needs to be done. So much is unfinished or seems rushed. Also, the staff is limited and many had very nad attitudes ( the women, sorry). Also, the beach is not the best and difficult to access. The rules are also inconsistent like the female server told ms that you cannot wear a swimsuit even with a coverup to eat but the sign on the door says that you can and the male manager had no issue. So a bit of bias there. Its also pretty far out from everything in town. But with that said, I woild absolutely give them another shot once all of the construction is complete and they are fully prepared to open.

I liked that the front desk receptionist Vanessa was very kind and helpful. Not to mention, Vanessa helped with anything we needed. The Castle restaurant has the best food and service from great staff such as the hostess Khadija, server Elroy, server Brandon, server Desma, and server Karen. Furthermore, the manager Charmaine and bartender Oswald had equally excellent service and attention. I didn't like the beach for how dirty it was and the buffet food which was subpar and frankly disappointing.

Wyndham's hotel was absolutely beautiful. It's a new hotel, but there are some kinks that needs to be worked out. One is room service 24 hours The bathroom door that is a shutter that you can hear Everything. There's no privacy. The fire alarms that went off multiple times a day and night.

The resort is fairly new with gorgeous views and beautiful architecture. The rooms are modern, spacious and gorgeous. The hotel was pretty empty during my stay. It was clear though that they may have rushed the launch before completing all works on the compound: 1. A lot staff but they were fairly idle and inattentive 2. A lot of basic drink ingredients were out of stock 3. The main pool was closed for renovations 4. The main dining hall was closed for renovations 5. We're convinved they had a sewage problem, the scent popped up at different areas around the resort but it was especially bad in the fine dining restuarant at Sam Lord's Castle 6. The drainage is poor - the balcony collected water along with the walkway from reception 7. The tiles in oubkic areas are not suitable for the rain and persons slipped 8. The emergency alarm in building 4 went off 5 times over 2 days making everyone evacuate with no one there to guide guests 9. The room was immaculate except for the rug and the ceiling fan. The fan was caked with dust and triggered my allergies. 10. The swim up pool bar is completely empty and waiters from the Grill Bar come by like every hour or you have to flag them down. 11. A lot of flies on the fruit and sushi in the dining hall. They really do need to cover them. Despite this, it's an affordable all inclusive with amazing rooms so would visit again. Just hope they fix the little things.

Property is fantastic, brand new, and elegantly designed. Staff are attentive, funny, and thoughtful. 3 huge pools, multiple food options and apparently more to come. Our room (King Ocean facing) was thoughtfully designed. Experienced traveler - never written a review before but felt compelled to do so. We will be back both as a couple and with our 2 small children.

Was my first time in Barbados, and my family stayed at the Wyndham. It was absolutely beautiful!!!!! The staff was very accommodating and we felt safe at all times. The rooms were clean and up to date. No complaints about the pools! As for the food, I was elated! They did not cater to the American diet, which was great because it allowed us to actually experience the Bajan culture. My only complaints are; I wish they had more on site dinning options and the location of the resort is far from the famous active night life of the island by Oistins or the Gap. Taxis were very expensive to get around. However. Over all it was a wonderful experience and I can not wait to go back!!!!!!??
