"We went to do some hiking, the property was in a great location within an hour of all of the places we wanted to go ( Crabtree falls, Chimney Rock, Tom’s falls). Loved the Linville winery. The owners left plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc. The kitchen was well equipped. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable. Loved the game room and views from the porch!"

"This place is beautiful! The quality is impeccable. Amenities abound! Cooking utensils, grill, coffee pot, linens, wireless, all there. We enjoyed ourselves so much! The owners communicated clearly and provided excellent directions, instructions, and contact information. They also had light switches and fab switches labeled which was fantastic and so user friendly. The nest ac worked beautifully. The ONLY negative is they truly need to replace the oversized, for children only bunk beds...

"We absolutely loved our time here at the "creekside cottage"! You dont realize how close the creek is to the back porch, the sound of the water is amazing! This is a great A frame cottage in a nice private spot, and still about 10 to 15 minutes from anything you want or need to do!"

The biggest issue was the # of mosquitos - even with bug spray on they were relentless so it lessened out time outdoors. We also had difficulty finding Pilot Ridge Rd.
