"I appreciated staying here for four days. It is a very spacious, secure property. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I had a parking spot available every day. It is also close enough to downtown. I was upgraded to the penthouse suite as a courtesy of the host. It was BEAUTIFUL, to say the least, with all of the amenities I needed. I wish there were dishes (pots, pans, ladles) for me to cook with or that I knew there weren't any so I could've brought my own. There were still enough eating...

"I never actually got to stay at this location. I purchased this place in May and the day of arrival the HOST canceled on us. We were 9 hrs from home, I had made multiple attempts to reach the host and she never responded to me. I would not trust using this place or the host. When I called VRBO, they noted she had been active on her acct. several times within the last few weeks. This is not a person she is a scammer. Best of luck to those who take the chance. I should have read the reviews...

"My stay at the Luv Happy House was the perfect getaway for my birthday. The house looks exactly like it is listed which is so beautiful! I loved everything about this place nd the host was very responsive, even when i called her at 11:00pm because I had a hard time finding the place. "We couldn't have found a better accommodation for our four-day visit to Hyde Park, than this newly renovated property on Ingleside. Literally a few minutes' walk from the quad of UofC, the three-bedroom, two full bathroom unit was more than ample space for our two couples hoping to have ease of access to the University and the restaurants and shops of Hyde Park. "We had a great stay! Everything was just as listed! Every area was very clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels provided for our 2 night stay. If i could change anything it would have been to add a nightlight of some sort in the twin room. Unfamiliar place/noises and it was completely dark for my daughter. No lamp or nightlight in that room. Also a few of the cabinet doors need tightened down."
