"We stayed 7 days in this unit. We were pleased with everything. I found the manager/ owner to be very helpful and accommodating. There was a book in the condo that made all the difference to us in exploring Hilo and the rest of the island. So glad I decided to take a look at it. There were more than adequate supplies available for our use. Be aware that the washer and dryer are coin operated so you will need lots of quarters. Beautiful view."

"The condo unit itself was clean and well-finished, and the community laundry was clean and worked well. The parking lot situation was not lovely, but was overall safe. There is a window air conditioner in the bedroom, so the winow can't be opened for fresh air. The rental agent was very responsive and brought us a fan. We liked sitting and eating on the lanai. It was a good location for enjoying Hilo. It seems silly that the dishwasher doesn't work, and seems not to have worked for a while."

The property itself is old and needs some work, but the condo has been remodeled beautifully. I would recommend a small AC unit for the hot afternoons, but the evenings did cool off nicely. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again!"

"It was close to friends and family to visit and pick me up. Close to Island Style Cafe. Big island Candies and Cookies. It was even walking distance. The actual condo was perfect. It had everything from cleaning supplies, laundry detergent. Not to mention a full kitchen which I never used but also had everything you needed to be comfortable. Bed was cozy.
