"This is our second time staying at HHV. This time the process and experience was nothing but great. To start, Evelyn Robinson from the front desk made our check in easy and smooth. She was really friendly and helped us through quickly, this was a plus since we just came from a 5hr flight and all you want to do is to relax in your room. Second, Vern who helped us with our luggage to our room was so sweet and very genuine. Our room cleaner (Filipina Lady on the Tapa 13th floor jr suite room ocean view) was the best! She was very friendly and our room smells good and so tidy every-time we come back. We will be back Hilton Hawaii Village!!!"

"Very nice stay with our family of five. We upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite which was quite comfortable for our family. The hotel has a nice pool and reception hour with free drinks and snacks was a nice bonus. The location is excellent, close to a bunch of great restaurants and walking distance to Waikiki beach. Would highly recommend this hotel! "
