There was no staff available on site but an email prior to arrival explained everything we needed to know about check-in and providing a phone number in the event we had questions. What we got was a lovely experience, friendly owners, nice room and tasty breakfast tucked away in a quiet neighborhood close to the river and unique places to choose from for dinner. "We have rented this property for a few years now and every time, it is perfect for our group. Owner is very responsive and instructions are clear. Property is clean and lots of entertainment for your group (juke box, pool table, pinball machines, board games, TV, etc). There's 2 refrigerators and an oven and stove also.
