Mouse droppings all over the room, toilet not flushing, very poor water pressure, very dirty, sofa was absolutely filthy! Will never stay here again! We have requested a portion of our $610.00 back to stay in this dump for 2 nights. Staff was not very accommodating the first day..... Had to stay in that disgusting cabin. Second night in lodge was better, but still dirty furniture, with old tv and mini refrigerator that barley worked on the highest setting.

This was a nice place to stay for a couple of days. The room was great. There is a restaurant/bar on the first floor with all the rooms on the second and third floor. The food menu is not that big, and quite pricy but there is nothing else around for quite a ways. There is a gas station right next door with some food and grocery options. The staff was very friendly.

Our stay was just okay. Very remote area and spread out. We were placed in a cabin with mud we had to walk through to get inside and when I asked what can be done was told ‘not much.’ They had plenty of open cabins we could have moved to for our one night stay. There were no directions about the heat so we woke up sweltering in the middle of the night. Limited menu at the restaurant so we didn’t even bother. I wouldn’t return.

This was up in the mountains and getting there was very beautiful but elevation is high which takes getting used to. There was not an elevator so getting luggage up to the room was difficult. The restaurant was ok and the servers were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very dark and overall needed updating.

Their cancelation policy is not disclosed when you register for a room. They ripped me for over $200 when I had to cancel 12 hours after I made the reservation! Stay away from these guys, they have terrible customer service and play dirty pool!

Contrary to the listing there is no wifi available in the cabins. Cell service was only one bar intermittently. So basically you are off the grid unless you are able to work in public in the main lodge building. The bathtub/shower was stained, the sink had rust stains and a hole in the ceramic, the thermostat didn’t work (setting to 70º felt like 85º). The gas log fireplace worked well. There was a mini-kitchen with a 2 burner stove, but we only used the refrigerator. I would not recommend this property to anyone who requires wifi in their cabin.

We loved the cabin and the layout of the property and that we still had television! If you need to get wifi, you have to go uphill 1/4 mile to an overlook to get a signal. When you get there, you forget about wifi when you see how fabulous the Tetons are in the distance, esp at sunset!

For three hundred dollars a night (in late September), this lodge was a bust. the man at the check-in in the lobby was gruff and not at all helpful. We had a small cabin (with electric fireplace) for three nights. The sheets on the beds were absolutely terrible - ball-y, rough, and thin. The bath tub was heavily stained with what was probably calcium deposits. There was one coffee pod and when we requested more, they said they were out. Be aware that the restaurant is closed on Sundays. We ate breakfast there on Tuesday morning - only the buffet was available. For thirty three dollars for the two of us, we got get cold eggs, cold sausage gravy, toast, and bacon. There was no juice, coffee was okay. The one redeeming factor about this hotel was that they had a nice guest laundry.
