NEWLY REMODELED!!
Come stay and never want to leave! Our newly renovated premier property has breathtaking ocean views. Located on the quieter side of the beach, this gorgeous Villa offers high quality interior upgrades such as barn doors, wood tile flooring, cool coastal backsplash in kitchen with recessed lighting and shiplap ceiling throughout. Kitchen equipped with new stainless steel appliances. Modernized Smart TV's were added, in addition a new pullout sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom has a new king bed with upgraded luxurious spa shower with a dual shower feature. The second and third bedrooms are located in the 2nd cottage across the courtyard. Each room has queen beds that are also new. Both additional bathrooms have a tub/shower upgrade. Plenty of space to relax and unwind. Garage available for guest use at this property!

The courtyard separates the two independent cottages for this one Villa. Perfect for groups of friends traveling, teenagers, grandparents with kids and grandchildren.

You will now be able to enjoy a new seating area on the recently remolded back patio area. This area will help build so many memories while you are vacationing here on Amelia Island.

Pets under 50lbs are welcomed! No aggressive breeds and pet must be crated when guest is away from rental.

There is parking for up to three vehicles at this property. Two vehicles in the parking driveway and one in the garage.

Villa needing Maintenance
Pretty much the villa needs maintenance. The bed frames are cheap and seems like wasn’t the first time the frame legs bent and had to move the bed to the floor. Sliding glass door to beach access would not lock and there is no gate to the beach, so public access to the house from the beach. Grill handle was broken, outside furniture was broken. Shower handle was loose and rainfall shower head was clogged. Dishwasher moved every time it was opened or closed and could not read the buttons to turn on. This was not worth the money that was paid to rent it. I suggest go somewhere else.

Amelia Island Beach
It was perfect for our group. It was well stocked and nicely designed inside. The separation between the 2 buildings worked well. It had a nice private feel. The only problem was the power went out in the night (we later found out it was island wide) and no one answered the emergency number that was provided. The number in the binder was answered by a hotel employee who said she could not help me.

Great Beach Vacation
The villa was very nice and clean. Beach decor made it feel like a beach vacation. Master bathroom is gorgeous and the separate bedrooms were great for my adult children. Easy walk to the beach from the attached boardwalk. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Enjoyed our beach stay. Very relaxing and close to everything we needed. Great golf near by with the On I plus a par three for young golfers. House was clean. Immaculate. With all the weather previously outside was not as beautiful as we wanted but we enjoyed it anyways.

Very clean, well stocked & comfortable. Could use luggage racks or tables, & more towel hangers. Unfortunately the house is close to the drive-on beach access, & someone with very loud music came by daily at sunrise. Otherwise it was a very nice house.

Beautiful beachfront stay
The main house was beautiful, recently updated and very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was awesome. Walked the beach every morning around sunrise. The guest rooms were updated and nice. Internet in the guest rooms were spotty.
