"I was traveling to Key West and stayed at this hotel for the night but had to book an extra day due to illness. The staff was very accommodating. I want to point out employee "Q" at the front desk who was very polite, professional and helped me get on my way with ease. I will stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Jax area. The location was just of 295 allowed me to get back on I-95 quickly. "
