The Crimson Jasper
2.5 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (1000)
"What a wonderful stay. Each and every member of the staff was so cheerful and helpful. All of them including the front office manager were full of positive attitude and wanted to go the extra mile to help. The property was a little old but that’s a given since it is a mountain town. However the room and the beds were impeccably clean and the in-house restaurant food was superlative. "

"I do not know if the ladies at coffee shop on the lower ground floor are employees of Fairmont or independently run cofee shop. I thought they could do better with giving a bit of smile. The only room for improvement I would like to share from the recent stay at Jasper Park Lodge. Other than that it was 11 out of 10. "

"The property is older but the rooms are newly renovated. Comfy beds, large, clean rooms as well. About 10-15 min walk to the heart of Jasper, so great for shopping, restaurants, train station and happy hour! "After booking through Hotels.ca, the hotel reached out to inquire if we had any requests, pets, special reasons to be there etc. I informed them we were there to celebrate my 40th bday. When we arrived, they had upgraded our suite to the best room they had which was amazing for our stay. (It had 2 bedrooms, a fireplace in the living area, a dining table, kitchenette, and a sauna!) They had left a bottle of wine, chocolates and a card wishing me a happy birthday. I have never had a hotel reach...
