No Service at all. Dirty rooms dirty hallways, dirty elevators. Paid a resort fee and could use the pool. all food and bars were closed. couldn't even get a drink. worse experience ever. they should give us back our money.

Front desk didn’t know where are room was had to have security look for it. Old and dirty room, hallways filthy, people above could be heard all night walking around like an apartment, and air conditioner was loud like a lawnmower. No eating facilities , no staff, lock to room busted off, safe didn’t work, no drawers to put clothes away, no suitcase holder, 2 beds but only one nightstand

Primm Valley Resort was awful. The room smelled like roaches and some smoked 10 bowls of weed seconds before we walked in. The halls looked like homeless lived there. Asked immediately to transfer and the move us to Whiskey Petes. NOTHING open, room was ok. Tv didn’t work, no one answered the front desk phone. We left at 11:30pm checkout. Drove home. If you are looking at Stateline do yourself a favor and stay at Buffalo Bills.

Stull in the refurbishing stage. But over all it was clean and good. Downfall. The pool is not going to open. You have to go to Buffalo Bills to swim

Front desk worker was rude. I reserved a courtyard view and was given a dirt lot view. When this was addressed with the front desk, I was told, "at least you got a room, we are almost sold out."

The room left much to be desired.First of all, we did not receive the room we booked which we understood as it was a busy night. But the unacceptable part was when we entered the room and found literal bunches of TOE NAIL CLIPPINGS scattered at the foot of the beds (gross!) and false eyelashes on the bathroom floor not to mention no toilet paper. Needless to say, we left the hotel. Won’t be returning.

El lugar es super sucio, lleno de polvo, olor a moho. Parece abandonado. Por el precio encontramos hoteles más cercanos al centro y super bellos y limpios. Nos dejamos llevar. Créanme no vale la pena ni un dollar

Bad service bad everything. Requested room closed to the elevator because I had my Mom and she is 81 with a bad knees and they sent us to whiskey Pete’s casino instead and still a long walk for Mom. Very disappointed.

The registration desk was closed at 1:30 am when I arrived from a flight. A sign was posted that the computers and key making device were down. Sign said to return at 3 am. I was tired as I arrived from a Central Time area. There were other hotel guests waiting as well. I was finally able to get my room but was notified that the hotel was full and they were sending me across the street. I was in my room by 3:15 am. Tired and not happy.

I’ll start this with saying the room it’s self was nice and there wasn’t any complaints there. BUT.. we were locked out of our room for 2 hours and took staff forever to get us back in. Then in the morning you can hear the people above you walking around. The elevators were dirty and seemed like the care to keep the place alive wasn’t there. the casino was sad and no one at the bar.
