"Fantastic stay at this rustic, cliff-top resort. Staff were exceptional with frequent check in to ensure we were having a good stay. The View restaurant is perched atop the cliff face and forges panoramic views of Kuta and the Indian Ocean. Food, drinks and service all great. "First time I have stayed in a guest house, as opposed to a hotel. There were only 3 guest rooms, the other two were taken by one group and I wasn't comfortable with that. It is also far from anything, so you need a motor bike to get anywhere. I guess I am just not comfortable with the guest house scene and I will stay in hotels in future. The staff were very friendly, but I am use to a lot more privacy and choices. "

"When I arrived, there was a sign on the door that says they don't rent out rooms online anymore so my reservation wasn't honored. However, I paid cash and was able to sleep in the room. There was no toilet paper and the A/C remote didn't work. This listing needs to be removed from all online websites."

"Expedia let us down with this accommodation, the room was filthy, particularly the bathroom and wash hand basin. We were women by rats scurrying about in the ceiling void. We decided to give the breakfast a miss as had no idea where it was served and no staff to ask. Judging by the state of the communal kitchen and total lack of cleanliness you wouldn't want to eat there anyway. Also upon arrival at midday there were 4 members of staff sleeping in a bare mattress on the floor in a room...

"The property is beautiful and easy enough for cabs or grab to come and pick you up. Not really walkable to anything too interesting but there’s a free shuttle to Jimbaran beach. Breakfast buffet included and the property is as advertised. "

We love the location of the villa, it is just 3 mins walk to the beach where there are seafood snd others choices of eateries.
