"This is a great 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, villa (with an extra open room on top floor) with heaps of spaces and balconies. Has all the amenities you'd expect. The staff were amazing, will run errands, cook dinner, babysit, pick up shopping etc. It's a short walk to a few restaurants and about 300m to Balangan beach. The view from the balcony is ok, can see the cliffs, and the swell, but not quite the surf, Nice to sit up there and watch the sunset. "

The chef able to accommodate our food selection and cooking style perfectly. Highly recommended for families and friends looking for a quiet and safe neighborhood. "We bought the honey moon package. We stayed 3 nights in villa 1 The package includes free airport pick up, welcome cake, and candle light dinner by the pool. We love the location of the villa, it is just 3 mins walk to the beach where there are seafood snd others choices of eateries. "This place is close to the beach (10 mins with a kid) and other hotels with food and massage. However it feels like it is so remote and so peaceful. There is big house next door (not shown in the pics) but it is very well screened by the trees so there are no windows looking onto the pool or outdoor area. The view at the back is pretty awesome, with cows cruising past and lots of trees and flowers. It feels like the middle of nowhere and you can barely hear a sound other than the very soothing...

"Villa was spacious but had cleanliness issues. Rooms were generally dusty - it was obvious nobody had stayed for a while. Toilet seats and towels were dirty and stained. Sink leaked water - had to use towels to prevent it going all over the floor. Shower had strange smell upon first use. Villa not well prepared or maintained to a good standard. WiFi was intermittent and did not work well. "
