The property management was super-responsive and communicative. When I reported the beach umbrella had broken, a brand new one was delivered to our door! Trevor and Monty were very responsive to questions and ensured that we had no concerns that were not addressed. "Loved this property from beginning to end. So clean and spacious. Personnel was super friendly and helpful. We had one issue with a drain and it was fixed w/in the hour. You are near everything...beach, restaurants and Whalers shopping center. Loved the pool area as well. Lots of chairs and lots of tables if you want to eat near the pool while looking over at the ocean. I have stayed 6x at different resorts on Kaanapali and this is in my top 2. We were sad to leave, great experience. "

Staff was always friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. Check in after hours was a breeze. Cool pool area we never used. Parking was always available no matter when we got back and free. Nice convenient area. Food truck courtyard looked interesting but never could find the entrance will definitely stay here again"
