"We wanted to be near Bryce Canyon National Park and we were. We loved the quiet location and watching stars after dark. There are several places to eat in Tropic and we enjoyed the ones we tried. Our room was pleasant and seemed new. The bed was comfy and we had all the conveniences. A bonus was the beautiful birds that came to the bird feeder!"

"The Innkeeper, Sharon, was a tremendous help in telling us about the park and best sites, even drawing out a map for us. The grounds were charming and relaxing and the room was amazing!!! The best hotel room of our lengthy trip!!!"

"It was like coming home to your mother's house. The ambience was welcoming and comfy. There was a place to sit and look out over the yard complete with food, microwave, refrigerator, games and books to amuse oneself. The morning breakfast was spectacular. Yummy waffles, fruit and granola. The hostesses were gracious and very accommodating. Would go back with intent to stay longer. "

"Great place for a little getaway. The home has everything. Amazing kitchen, very comfortable bedrooms and living areas. Great pool and hot tub, sauna etc. We had a great time would definitely stay again. Host was very accommodating."

The (falsely) advertised "breakfast" was non-existent: there were two muffins, one apple juice and one orange juice for two people for two mornings; there was no response to my inquiry regarding "breakfast"; there were no phone numbers to contact anyone associated with the Livery. To use the covid virus as an excuse for not providing breakfast, and still advertising "Bed and Breakfast" is false advertising. "

"My wife and I stayed at Bear’s Den in Page for 2 nights in early November 2021. Bubba was extremely helpful with a number of tips prior to arrival and while we were there. Great breakfast with time flexibility. Highly recommend- will stay again when we return to the area"
