My stay was great. I used the text line to ask for ice bc our machine was broken on our floor and it took a long time. Around an Hour. they said they were bringing it up but never did. So we had to go get our own ice. Other than that my stay was great and everything was great. I do wish parking was cheaper than what it was, especially since I am already paying a good amount for the hotel room itself.

We really enjoyed our long weekend at Loews. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive and our room was wonderful! It was spotless and had a spectacular city view. We were pleasantly surprised with the rooftop bar - great service and lounge atmosphere. I would definitely stay at Loews again in the future or recommend to friends and family traveling to KC.

The property is in a great location- we stayed here to attend a concert at T-Mobile Center and enjoyed being within walking distance. However, this property does not have any markets or corner stores that most hotels have now in the lobby- just Red Wheat that closes at 3 and has a limited selection. We discovered after returning from our concert that room service and the bar stopped serving food at 11, and most restaurants around us closed at 10. We ended up having food delivered, which was expensive. There was not a microwave in the room, either. I would recommend bringing snacks or something you can eat cold if you're going out later than 10.

We stayed here last minute after a concert. The staff was amazing and even opened up the closed shop when we came down looking for late night snacks. It was pet-friendly, I’d convenient access to many places downtown and provided a gorgeous view!
