"Staff were all extremely nice and helpful. Thwy supplied a complimentary pick up from the airport. Bedding was great including 2 options for pullows..soft/firm. Given a complimentary drink voucher. Brekky was lovely...especially the omlettes. It was my husbands birthday so there was a fruit platter on our room arrival. Would torally recommend. "

"The rooms with pool are very beautiful, a good size and there are very nice decor touches here and there. Staff was friendly and very helpful with requests. This hotel has great potential but needs to be better managed. Overall the hotel seems to be a bit run down. Cleaning needs to be taken seriously, rooms included. The water of the pool was dirty, and the pool walls and steps looked greenish. Did not dare to go in. We had no towels to clean hands - just bath towels. Breakfast was frankly a...

"This property surpassed my expectations, especially for the price. There was so much for us to do, especially for the kids (who begged to stay longer). Little surprises like the bubble pool and free airport transfers, and cutely decorated kids rooms were icing on the cake. The food at both restaurants was delicious too."
