"We had an ocean view, next to the little river or inlet. Lovely on the balcony! The unit clearly is a bit dated. While clean, it had carpet stains and tears, but all the fixtures worked well and the overall experience was just superb. We would go back."

"Perfect jumping off point for all things Kauai."

"The property was as good as advertised with the view of the ocean being the most spectacular feature. There were three items that detracted from our stay. The AC needs updating. The bedrooms upstairs were too warm during the day and the first half of the night. The TV in the primary bedroom is very frustrating to use. The channel guide doesn't work correctly, so we had to go channel by channel to find something. It takes about 5 seconds to move from one channel to the next. The downstairs...

"We stayed at this property for a week and enjoyed every minute. It was wonderful to come back from a day of sightseeing to such a calm and beautiful home. The patio was one of our favorite spots. Lovely to sit there in the evening and enjoy the sunset or in the morning with a cup of coffee and look at the ocean in the distance. Very clean and stocked with all the essential for a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Kauai."

"We’ve stayed at this resort a few years ago. You can’t go wrong. Super close to Poipu beach, Kala, and a short drive from other amazing places. House was clean and had everything we needed.
