"The best thing about this property was our Host. Renee was absolutely wonderful and made us feel beyond welcomed! Enjoyed sitting on the large Balcony, watching the Lobster boats, pleasure craft and birds passing by. A couple appearances by the local Manatees and a few impromptu concerts by Val, made it all the better. Thank you for all the extras !!!!!"

"Internet is almost obsolete. Trouble connecting to WiFi. Great property. Awesome scones and the owners are great. I suggest paper towel should be added to the kitchen. "

"Quiet with a private beach area. The Boat House room was nice and clean. We enjoyed the free used of the kayak and paddle board. Only problems are ice machine not working and noise air conditioner in the room. I would stay here again. Hope next time their ice machine is working."

"Greeted as we walked up to check in. Our room was ready early and the room itself overlooked the bay. The beach and pool area was nicely planned out with the tiki bar. The whole place is kept very clean. I even saw an employee wiping down the elevator buttons on the door. "

"This was a very unique experience and one well worth doing! The host, Mark, was great at communication and setting expectations. I think he said it best when he mentioned that it was basically camping on a boat. I would highly recommend taking the option to rent the dinghy for transportation to and from the boat. This was a fantastic experience and one we will remember for the rest of our lives."
