"We loved our stay and highly recommend this home. There was plenty of room for two families. It was cozy (especially the beds) and not overdone, it felt like home. We were close enough to the ski areas and shopping but far enough out to enjoy the views. The communication was excellent and thank you for the last minute late checkout! We are already planning a return next year."

"We stayed for 2nights 3days and everything was just perfect! From the host answering my every questions to our perfect stay . Beds are all very comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked, the view was amazing! Kids from all ages were entertained and the house was so big never felt crowded. WE WERE A LARGE GROUP! Definitely will be coming back!!!"

"Great location, closer to the Peru lift than the parking lot at River Run. Only complaint was the lack of puzzles for relaxing in the evening."

"Pros: easy drive to Keystone, the beds are super comfy, plenty of space to spread out, pool table was a hit with my kids, Disney plus was a bonus for the 5yr old. Coffee options and electric tea kettle were great. Lots of thermostats so could adjust the rooms for comfort which was really nice. Big washer and dryer. Views of the mountains. Checkout is easy. Negatives: garage is shallow so we couldn’t fit our rental car in(expedition max) so we had to park outside and scrape the car each...

"Very convenient location to River Run Gondola. (5 min walk) Everything was near perfect. If I had to be critical I’d say master shower drains slow and laundry closet has the front loader washer smell going on. Besides those minor details I’d definitely come again. Thanks Summit!"

"My kids and I loved this place. Very clean, modern with a touch of rustic. We appreciated the extra fans in the rooms, the full kitchen set to cook anything we wanted. The Jaccuzzi and grill was great to have too. We didn't realize until after we bought some but they also had sleds to use (we left ours for the next guests)"

"We had two couples and 5 children and we had plenty of space for us all to hang out, play outside in the snow and sleep. It was perfect also because it’s a short drive to the mountain house parking (we prefer this over river run) and we could have used the shuttle if we wanted to. The owners had great communication with us also:) 10/10 recommend."

"Went with a group of 8 to Mike and Chris's place in Keystone in May 2024. We all fit very comfortably in the house, and had a great time. The downstairs foosball and pool offered some fun activities, and the kitchen is set up well for a large group to hang out and eat together. The star of the show is the hot tub - great view, great place to hang out! Thanks to Mike and Chris!"

"My family and friends loved this property. We had 9 total people and had plenty of space. The two master suites were a real benefit. The location worked out very nice as it was just a few minute drive to shops and restaurants in Dillon and also just a short drive to Keystone and A-Basin. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked, and the owners were very responsive to our texts. Definitely recommend this property."
