"Lovely little place perfect for our family vacation. Very central to everything with a beach and fish pond right across the street. The owner was easy to reach if we needed anything and communication was stellar! We were surprised at all that was there when we arrived, such as stocked items in the freezer and cupboards paid forward by previous guests and playing cards and books in the drawer when you have some downtime. Absolutely all you need and more for a very good price!"

"The space was efficient and neat. Well appointed kitchen and living room. Comfortable bed and sturdy, usable furniture. Beach accessories included chairs, boogie boards, cooler and beach bags. Grounds, pool and grill areas are clean and well manicured. The highlight is the view. We enjoyed sunsets, starry nights, ocean breezes and the surf. A great stay!"

"No detail is left out of this fantastic remodeled vacation rental! From the moment we walked in we felt we were home! The decor, the comfort of every piece of furniture, the VIEW, the AC and ceiling fans in both rooms made hot days so enjoyable inside. The beach chairs and small cooler made beach days perfect. Parking each day was a breeze with plenty of spots. Onsite laundry takes cards so no need to find coins. We have found our Maui getaway and will be back!"

"For a million dollar view you can't beat this location. I could have sat and watched the ocean for hours. Very quiet area. Everything needed was right in the condo. IF and I do mean IF there was a downside you are about 2 miles away from the resturants and bars, so if you like to partake in a few beverages you will have get a driver as it isn't walking distance. "We just had our first ever Hawaiian vacation at this resort. The resort was clean and the grounds were nice. The only con was no a/c but a great breeze blows through pretty frequently. A note to mention: a longer term tenant in building C third story has a real problem with kids swimming and being in the common area . Two different days the lady came out and and yelled at the kids for being in the common area before 8 and then again the next morning for an adult not being in the pool with them....
