Enjoy the gorgeous ocean views while sitting on the lanai and soaking in the beauty all around. This condo sits right on Sugar Beach, with 6 miles of white sand to walk, or enjoy the shade trees in the landscaped lawn. The oceanfront swimming pool, and barbecue areas allows you to truly enjoy the property and delight in the scenery.
This one bedroom, one bath condo has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation on Maui.
Bedroom has new king size bed, air conditioner, dresser, and night stand. Bedroom also has an attached sitting area with chair and table for reading or computer work.
Complete kitchen with all of the amenities, air conditioning, washer and dryer, and comfortable sleeping in the new king size bed. It has just been updated with all new furniture, and interior furnishings.
The condo is on the ocean side of Kihei road just 50 yards from the beach, so you may hear the waves, wind, or vehicles. We do have a sound machine in the bedroom to help filter some of the sounds if you desire.
Guests love Kealia's convenient location in North Kihei; just 15 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to Wailea, and only a few miles to shopping , restaurants, and bars.
This is a less crowded, peaceful beach, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serenity as you gaze out over the ocean. amazing whale watching in season, gorgeous sunsets, and a great beach for long walks. Kealia #207 is calling you to come and experience this delightful condo for yourself!

Perfect Island Vibes
What an awesome location and condo! We really enjoyed our time and plan to return. From the well-stocked kitchen/bathroom, to comfy bed, to amazing ocean waves right outside the building - literally nothing to complain about. Traffic can be loud at times, but the waves are louder! Loved it! The welcome note & treats were a special touch as well. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Quiet, Peaceful, and Beautiful
We loved this unit, the Lanai for coffee, or wine :) was awesome. To sit out here listening to the waves and watching the sun sink was so relaxing. We are from Texas, and AC was sadly very important to us, this unit has two units that worked perfectly. Wifi was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked even though we ate out most of the time. Lastly, you always hope for a comfortable bed, and it was. Darla was a great host, very good communication, and we certainly enjoyed the maui themed snacks. Thank you again!!

Wonderful Place to Stay!
The apartment/condo is small, but has everything we could want. The location was perfect for us as it was a bit away from the busier areas. This is a quiet complex and very private. The beach is steps from the condo. There are hiking trails a few miles from the condo. I would suggest parking at a public spot and not at one of the more secluded parking areas - we had someone slice the top to our rental convertible. We did 'catch' them in the act but they sped off. Darla has the condo well equipped with everything you will need. You may want to pack a few Tide Pods if you want to do a load of laundry - we simply picked some up while getting snacks at a local grocery store. If we ever have the chance to return, we would for sure stay here again!!

Perfect Peaceful Getaway
Super easy to get to from the airport. This condo is located in an older, quiet part of Maui, so if you are looking for a brand new fancy resort, this may not be for you. The condo is older but very clean and well stocked. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of nice towels. The AC works well. The oven view right from the little balcony is amazing! We appreciated the 3 sets of snorkeling gear and cooler. The owners are very easy to work with and communicate well. The unit comes with a free parking spot, which is nice because we rented a jeep. Most resorts charge extra for nightly parking. The beach here is perfect for morning walks, not crowded, but the water is a little rough for swimming, and you’ll need to drive north or south for the iconic type of popular public beach. A nice quiet stay and an affordable price. I would stay here again with my 2 daughters.

Super cute beachside condo
We enjoyed staying a couple nights at this cute condo on Sugar Beach! Great views, loved sitting on the lanai in the mornings watching the canoes come in (a couple of canoe clubs next door), and the bed was really comfortable. There is some road noise, and a rooster next door, but the a/c drowned that out. Kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need, although we didn’t cook while we stayed. Loved walking right out onto the beach for walks, lawn chairs and cute little pool were nice added amenities.

Peaceful ocean view property!
This is a great condo retreat. Ideal for singles, couples or a small family. Darla and John were very gracious hosts. I had a small travel issue and they were able to accommodate me. I felt very welcome and immediately at home. Upon arrival I was greeted with a kind note, fresh bag of Starbucks coffee and delicious mini macadamia nut snacks.the condo itself is beautifully decorated and very homey. The sound of the waves crashing were all I needed to put a giant smile on my face. Great beach walking area. I do recommend a car for this location but with free assigned parking it would not be an issue. You are just a quick drive away from the Ocean Center Aquarium. 15 minute drive from the airport. 10 minutes from downtown Kihei. 25 minutes from Paia. It is an ideal location. I would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful Condo with a Beautiful View!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming condo! It is exactly as the pictures show with beautiful decor and gorgeous view of the lawn, Maalaea Bay and sunsets. The kitchen is well equipped - we had all of our breakfasts and half of our dinners 'at home'. The beach front location is fantastic for morning walks and swimming. The pool is small but well maintained and was never too busy. The king size bed is very comfortable. We stayed 17 nights, so the washer/dryer came in handy! Darla was a fantastic host, easy to communicate with and very accommodating. There was noise from the very busy road, as mentioned in the condo description, but the a/c fan and sound machine made it easy to sleep. We will be back.

Wonderful beach and view from the lanai
For two people it works fine. Decorated nicely, kitchen well set up for cooking, wonderful lanai for watching the sunset and having breakfast. Large bedroom. Extras items for we guests include, beach chairs, ice chest, and toys. We gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because the bathroom could use some TLC, the living room is a bit smaller than we are use to and the main road behind the complex is close; thus the road noise is pretty noticeable at night. That being said, we really enjoyed being there.

So many pluses. The view, beach walking, great location. Close to the airport and all routes to the popular to do activities. We loved it here. It was very well stocked and the appliances were in great shape. Our sons family stayed in a different unit thought our unit was nicer.

This was a perfect spot for us and what we had planned. It’s feet from the beach. Darla and John had all the essentials for beach going (towels, chairs, cooler) which made our stay comfortable and our packing light. The kitchen is well stocked for light cooking, so we often enjoyed breakfast from home. Also, the a/c works very well. No complaints from us.

We did find few tiny cockroaches and other insects inside the unit but I guess its hard to stay near the beaches without any bugs. The unit was kept very clean with plenty of towels, body wash and laundry detergent to use. The unit had a washer and a dryer which was very convenient.

Our Golden Anniversary Celebration
We arrived at an older property that was maintained and had a designated parking spot convenient to the elevator. The owners recognized our anniversary with a bottle of champagne and candies, which was extremely thoughtful and much appreciated. The unit was well equipped and had a lot of little extras that came in handy. The bed was very comfy, and the overall lay out was efficient. The decor was tasteful and matched the vibe just outside the beautiful view from the balcony. We truly enjoyed our stay at this location and would highly recommend it it to anyone.

Beautiful location
We just loved this little condo right on sugar beach. The condo was great for our needs, to walk out and be on the beach was prefect. It had a nice pool that was ocean side and it was warm. Our teen daughter slept on the couch bed and said it was comfortable. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It had a designated parking spot to the condo, beach chairs and a boogie board. I highly recommend this condo, we enjoyed our stay.

The appartment has absolutely everything you need to spend a awesome week. Everything was in very good condition. The apartment is located on a very busy street, which is why you can hear not only the sound of the sea on the balcony;) Communication with the owners was very uncomplicated, very helpful and friendly.
