"Front desk at check-in started our stay with a wonderful start - welcoming and charming! Our room had an incredible view! It was quiet, great air conditioning, and a comfortable room. The location is great to access the center for endless dining, snd wonderful exploring. Gym was decent too. Breakfast was simple but has all the hot/cold options you’d want/need. We also had free parking. Highly recommended! "

"For 1 night is fine to stay.spacious room but bad quality beds, towels,broken shower,they brought us baby cot without mattress.obviously we couldn't used it and reception not open.to not mention about the parking.we paid €10 for the night and in the morning the car was full of dirt from the tree and sticky. For 2 more hours we stayed they asked €6 extra, better to park outside or ask for better spot in the premises.good location though but next time I would book somewhere else."

In front of the property is a major highway, so there might be noise in some rooms, however, transportation is easy and convenient to and from the location. "Wow - Was excited to stay here after seeing the pictures and reviews and was not dissapointed. Was in the city for a weekend break. Hotel check in was quick and we actually got our room very early as we arrived just before midday. Room was very good. Private suana, jacuzzi and heated floors. Rooms were huge. Apartment had everything we needed. Hotel staff were very helpful too. We had two amazing breakfasts. All in would highly recommend this hotel if you are in Kosice."

"from the description, just copy-pasted ""24-hour front desk"" CLEARLY WRONG. YOU MUST HAVE A WORKING PHONE WITH YOU TO ACCESS THE RECEPTION. ""Multilingual staff"" CLEARLY WRONG. NO SPEAK ENGLISE. Also it did absolutely not say "shared bathroom", which is the case. See, I travel the world without working phone, so it was really impossible for me to access any room.
