Great location, great views!
Beautiful views. True oceanfront. Got to see lots of whale activity while sitting on patio. Other than the fact the lock box didn't work (luckily a resident opened the gate so we could get to condo) our week stay was relaxing, comfortable and exactly what we had hoped for.

We had a great time at Anthony's place. The views are fantastic and the place was great. The only thing I would update are the beach chairs need to be replaced and no umbrella. These are things guests typically can't fly in with. Also, need more bowls, but the kitchen is stocked well and frig is big. The bed is really comfortable and the pool was awesome. There are turtles every morning at the beach which was great. Thanks for a great vacation at the condo

This is our 3rd time here and it’s a gem. Perfect spot we didn’t think we would be able to see turtles this time of year but we did on the little beach to the right and if you sit on porch and Look out you can catch a whale jumping out of the water. Nice little condo in a great location
We were very happy with our stay here! It was the right size for two and the location was just beautiful. We enjoyed watching sunsets from the lanai every night and how close it was to the beach and bbqs. It was also nice to have beach supplies there for added convenience, including snorkel gear and a large cooler. The only reason we give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were tons of tiny little bugs throughout the condo, especially in the kitchen. We had to make sure to keep all open food in the fridge so they didn’t get into it, and didn’t feel comfortable using the spices that were left in the cupboard because of the bugs. It wasn’t a huge nuisance, we were able to work around them just fine, but keeping food away from them was something to be careful of when staying here. Otherwise it was a perfect place to stay in Maui!

Great location, condo needs work!
While the location was great, this condo needs a lot of work. When we showed up there was half a roll of toilet paper, one washcloth and one bowl for cereal. No new sponge to use in kitchen like ever other VRBO unit I have ever rented. Pull chain for ceiling fan is fishing line! Rusty beach chairs and a very rusty patio table that ruined some bathing suits. Complex is very nice, location and little beach is great but would pick a different unit next time.

We loved our stay at Kuleana #603. The views and proximity to the ocean were unparalleled. It was great having the kitchen to cook up small meals and snacks when we weren’t out exploring. The condo was clean and we didn’t have any issues during our stay! The resort itself was also well kept and had a pool and tennis courts- Anthony even had some tennis equipment available for guests to use which was an awesome surprise! Thanks for a great vacation!

So relaxing
This is our 9th time staying at Kuleana, 1st time in this unit. The grounds are spectacular. We spent much of our time sitting on the lanai watching the whales and dolphins. The sunset cannot be beat from anywhere else on the island. The loungers on the lanai are very comfortable. Anthony is very nice and quick to respond to any questions. He even helped us with our luggage when we got there The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the unit could really use some new furnishings, linens, pillows, pots and pans. Would definitely benefit from some added aloha spirit. The neighbor next door in 604 is super grouchy. He lives there year round and hates tourists. All in all, it was a fantastic vacation. We already booked for next year.
