The only reason way am rating this lower is because when we checked in, the person in the check in counter seemed like he doesn’t want to listen to what am trying to explain and keeps on shutting me up when am talking. He called the manager instead but as soon as I explained to her she understood me right away. Please let your customer explain and try to understand and be open minded if not then it is not good for the business. Other than that issue, Harrah’s still one good place to stay in Tahoe. Thank you.

“We recently spent four nights at Stateline Harrah's Hotel in South Lake Tahoe and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the convenience of having everything we needed within walking distance. The property is outdated, few usable amenities, nonsmoking rooms smell like smoke, downstairs arcade and dinning area smell of stagnant water/sewage, parking lot had broken glass everywhere. Slot machine selection is poor and dates. Staff was friendly enough. Location and views are good though
