"Came to Bakersfield for a family party. The house was awesome!!! We will rent again. We stay in houses as we like to gather and cook. The kitchen was minimally stocked. One small fry pan and small stock pot was a challenge but we made it work. I now build a “vacation tub” that I put what I need. We ran to store for showering soap and kurig pods but overall great stay!"

"The house was lovely backyard is beautiful house was very clean spacious,master bed room and bathroom very nice size, could use some room darking curtains 😀,neighbors are nice. We were there for a carshow so they took pictures of cars very well stocked with extra towels, pillows, blankets."

"It was nice, however the pool was not clean when we arrived. Our host did respond within minutes and had the pool man out to change out vacuum and turn on pump the next afternoon. The host was great, but losing the pool for the 1st day and half was a bummer. Everything else was very nice. We would come back as long as we could confirm the pool was clean (Bako summers are no joke)."

"Lovely property with great gathering spaces for large families. Only negative was that there was no mirror in the third bathroom and the two bedrooms that used that bathroom. Otherwise great space with nice backyard as well. Communication with host was easy and responded quickly. We will use again next time we all gather in Bakersfield."

"Exactly what was advertised. Jesse, the property manager, was super responsive to questions about how to operate appliances and other minor informational needs. Plan to rent the house again."

"Beautiful home. Well maintained. Fully stocked with most everything you could want (although oddly short on coffee mugs and wine glasses). Plenty of room to spread out. Probably ideal for young kids as there were 5 or 6 twin beds or bunk beds. Master suite was excellent. Nice pool and jacuzzi (although the jacuzzi was under repair while we were there). Good communication with Jonathan. We would stay here again for sure."
