I can't express enough how much I loved our stay here. From the moment I arrived, the serene atmosphere enveloped me, giving off the most beautiful island vibes. The resort's ambiance was incredibly relaxing, and every detail was meticulously crafted to ensure a perfect getaway. I'm already counting down the days until I can come back and experience it all over again. We already shared with friends and family and three people booked their stays already and we are coming back for a cousin trip. It will be their first time. We live in CA and plan on making this trip a couple times a year now for a new family tradition.

Overall my stay was great. I do have a problem with the check out. After checking out I was told by one of the concierge (wish I have gotten her name) that once you check out at 10 am you are not allowed to enjoy the pool area. And there is no way they could extend our check out time. Well ppl have later flights and would like to get their bang for their buck. The cost to stay isn't cheap!

The keys to the rooms were not working properly. Received one key to have access to the pool area, but the key was not working. The room's were not cleaned duringour. We were stuck with all the trash during our stay. I used the iron that was left with burned marks, ruined a white blouse. Will definitely not be coming back.

Didn't like the fact that they have a extra fee once you reached the front desk, first time i have to make extra payments when i dona reservation. I understand the security deposit, but an additional resort fee when you obviously don't have a chance to postpone or actually cancel the reservation with penalties, to me is an abuse, not only me was complaining about, the person next to me at the desk actually leave the hotel. TOO BAD THEY DONT SCAM PEOPLE LIKE THAT. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Rude staff Front desk is nice,everyone should be trained like CoCo and Tony(girl)other staff so rude. Events Staff Rachel,some guy,and Amanda are making your resort look bad,they had the worst attitude ever.Never will I stay here again. They actually made the experience worse because of lack of communication between All. I guess events is a 3rd party,you should kick them to the curb,they make Tahiti Village look bad by their negative attitude and rude behavior Thank you

While here the staff treated us with such great consideration. They accommodated us even though we arrived 1 day early with extentions and things of that nature. Great stay for families too. Guests staying here were pretty courteous as well. Keep up the good work guys. Would definately recommend
